How do we book you?

Please get in touch via my contact form, send me and email or drop me a line. I would love to get to know you and am more than happy to Skype or FaceTime beforehand if that works for you. If you are local we can always meet up for a coffee or beer. All bookings are finalised on a signed copy of my contract and a 30% non-refundable deposit. For international and destination weddings I ask that the cost of flights be covered as a deposit.


How do we pay the final balance of your fee?

After the initial 30% deposit has been made the final amount is due 30 days before the wedding date.


What areas do you cover?

Everywhere! I am based in Leicestershire so I am central to many locations across England and Wales. If you are having a wedding and would like me to be there then I am there. Depending on location I may ask for travel and accommodation expenses.


When will we receive the photos?

You will receive your photos 3-4 weeks after the wedding. Something to look forward to after your honeymoon!


Do you print wedding albums?

Absolutely. This is something that can be quoted up front or can always be done after the wedding day


Do you back up the photos?

During the day my camera allows me to capture to multiple cards at the same time. I therefore have one running as the session and the other as the backup. As soon as I get home all the images will be backed up on the cloud and across multiple hard drives on and off-site. Once edited I will then archive and backup your images on my archive drive and in the cloud. However, once you have received your images it then becomes your responsibility to make sure that the photos are backed up and future proof.


Can we print photos or create our own albums?

Absolutely. The only restriction is that they cannot be sold as I hold the copyright.


Are you insured?

Yes, I have professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
